Tweak a Week #5 - EASY GARLIC SHRIMP


A quick, easy way to prepare shrimp is to roast them in the oven. Drizzle shrimp with olive oil, garlic and fresh lemon juice. Serve it with roasted asparagus, over pasta, or over your favorite salad.


  • 1 1/2 lbs shelled and de-veined jumbo shrimp

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 lemon, juice of

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
