Yellow Basmati Rice on the menu. You can make this recipe with Cauliflower Rice is you prefer. I put a little rice on the menu as an option and to add it back into the diet if you want to. Many people feel they need a "healthy grain".
I don't actually feel that you do NEED grains. But if you do want grains they should be healthy unprocessed versions like wild, black, basmati rices and quinoa.
As I evolve more and more into whole food (real whole food) eating I have opted to mostly leave out grains including rice except on some occasions. Everyone does not agree with this way of thinking, so if rice suits you, enjoy!
