 In our quest to reduce the toxic effects of our environment we have discussed many things including healthy diet, meditation, gut health and probiotics, dry brushing and coconut oil pulling.  When these are put into practice they help your body naturally detoxify.


Detoxing and Cleansing are really big topics right now.  The truth is that your body has an amazing ability to heal itself when allowed.  The body is detoxing or cleansing itself.  When we eat toxic food, are over stressed, breathe toxic air and use toxic products we are not allowing our bodies to do what nature has so preciously made them to do.


So when we talk about doing a detox or cleanse we are actually talking about treating the body with care and nourishing it so it can do what comes naturally, heal itself!
